Q2:How can we ensure you shipped correct quality?
A:Our group had got ISO9000 certificate,and we have strictly follow 6 steps of paper production according to techincal data,and you have the possibility to go on the localsite and inspect the quality before loading.

Or ask SGS or your Chinese friends or other inspection company to check on cargo while loading.

Q3:If you did not shipped correct quality will you refund?

A:You can deal through Trade Assurance which will make the refundding very convenience.

Q4: Are you Factory or Trader?

A:We are a 10years factory,you may not trust us now buy you will later due to our service quality;

Q5: Why other suppliers offer very low prices?

Q8: What is the standard grammage for photo copy paper from your factory?

A:70/75/80g per square metre.

Q9: Is it possible to order paper with a different grammage?

A:Yes,it's possible.But we would suggest you to order grammage more than 70g,otherwise the paper  maybe curled/jammed while being printed/copied.

Q10:Can we use our own brand or packing style?

A:Yeah,we need to your art work printed on ream&carton.

Q11:How can we know our order's progress after arranged downpayment?

A:Our sale representative will update news to you from time to time,and send finished product and container loading's pictures to you in order to make you feel clear and comfortable before make balance.
